These Terms and Conditions, as well as any and all Agreements, are referred to as: The terms "customer," "you," and "your" refer to you, the individual who is browsing our website and/or making a purchase. Our company, ZA FULFILLMENT LTD, is referred to as "The Company," "Ourselves," "We," and "Us."
All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Customer.
For our customers who export goods out of the country the following terms apply:
- Minimum Export spend is £50.
- If the goods are to be VAT Exempt, they must be collected by a reputable shipper, who must provide us with a Collection Note and Bill of Lading for Air Freight or Shipment Certificate for sea freight.
- We accept cash, bank transfer & debit cards only as methods of payment.
- Bank transfer funds must reflect in our bank account before we are able to release goods to you.
- We do not accept UK credit cards, international debit or credit cards, or cheques.
- Goods must be collected by the shipper within 2 weeks of purchase.
- Full payment must be received by ZA FULFILLMENT LTD before goods can be released to Freight Agent.
General Terms
- All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and are subject to change without notice.
- Minimum order values apply. Please contact us for current minimums.
- Payment is required in full before dispatch unless agreed credit terms are in place.
- Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.
- We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.
Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- Damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Defective products must be reported within 14 days of receipt.
- Incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- We do not accept returns for change of mind on wholesale orders.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
These terms and conditions form part of the Agreement between the Customer and ourselves. Your accessing of this website and/or undertaking of a sale indicates your understanding, agreement to and acceptance of the full Terms and Conditions contained herein. Your statutory Consumer Rights are unaffected.
