Return Eligibility

You may return goods under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged Goods: Items damaged during transit must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Defective Products: Manufacturing defects reported within 14 days of receipt.
  • Incorrect Items: Wrong products shipped reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Shortage: Missing items from order reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email info@zafulfillment.co.uk with your order number, photos of the issue, and description.
  2. Review: Our team will review your request within 2 business days.
  3. Authorisation: If approved, we will provide a Return Authorisation Number (RAN).
  4. Return: Pack items securely with the RAN clearly marked on the package.
  5. Refund/Replacement: Once received and inspected, we will process refund or replacement.

Conditions for Returns

  • Goods must be in original packaging where possible.
  • Returns must be authorised with a valid RAN.
  • We do not accept returns for change of mind on wholesale orders.
  • Seasonal items must be reported before the relevant season ends.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days of receiving the returned goods.

  • Our Error: We cover return shipping costs.
  • Customer Preference: Customer covers return shipping (except for eligible returns above).
